Refund Policy

At The Whiskey Wrangler Mercantile, your satisfaction with every purchase is our top priority. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


Retail Store Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original payment method.
  • Returns made between 8-14 days will be eligible for store credit only.
  • After 14 days, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Online Store Returns

Damages or Shipment Errors

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt—no exceptions. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in rejection of the return and no issuance of store credit.

To report damage or defects:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged or defective area, ensuring the original tags are visible.
  2. Email the images along with your Order #, the damaged/error item, and your contact information to thewhiskeywrangler@gmail.com.
  3. Worn or used items are not eligible for return.

Returns Policy

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No exchanges are offered.
  • Refunds are not provided—instead, store credit or a gift card will be issued within 7 business days of the return reaching our store.
  • Store credit will be issued via an electronic gift card, with a notification sent via email including redemption instructions.
  • Orders placed with discounts or coupon codes are final sale and ineligible for refunds.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date or within 7 days of delivery confirmation in case of a package delay.
  • In-store returns must be made within 7 days of the order date.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition, with original product packaging and tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, odor, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping fees on rejected returns.
  • Include the original invoice or a copy of the order confirmation email, noting the reason for the return.
  • Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee. If the fee is not paid within 7 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
  • Accessories (e.g., earrings, necklaces): Final sale and ineligible for returns.

No Refunds on Shipping Charges

Shipping fees—including both the original shipping cost and return shipping expenses—are non-refundable.
